Service Description
Diagnose and assess faulty PC or Laptop -Physically check PC/Laptop. -Test power supply. -Test operating system (Boot, shutdown, overall stabilty). -Monitor system temperatures. -Remove and replace parts for testing purposes if applicable. -Report on potential issues or faults (Software + Hardware) if applicable. The service is covered up to one hour. Depending on the issue, it may take longer to find the fault or problem. Majority of issues are usually found within the 1 hour window. Specific problems, especially systems with intermittent issues or random crashes will most likely take longer than 1 hour. PC or Laptop will need to be brought to us for inspection at 1/27 Gloucester Road, Manurewa. Please be on time as we have other jobs booked in, it's only fair and courteous towards others. Alternatively, we offer onsite services on our other listing. Terms and conditions below. All paid bookings are non-refundable so choose carefully. We can change the service if you have picked the wrong one. You are welcome to call us to confirm.
Cancellation Policy
Please book carefully as there are NO cancellations after payment has been made for our services. If we cannot start the job on the booked time, we will contact you directly to reschedule a suitable time. We do not service any Apple or Mac products.
